Carrie is a Radiant Soul Embodiment Guide devoted to helping others awaken their inner light, reclaim their soul’s truth, and live from a place of deep alignment, purpose, and grace. Rooted in a rich tapestry of ancient wisdom and modern healing arts, Carrie’s work bridges intuitive energy healing, trauma-informed yoga, soul coaching, Ayurvedic practices, meditation, plant medicine, and divine feminine teachings.
Carrie is a certified 200-hour Trauma-Informed Hatha Yoga Teacher, with certified advanced training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Yoga, and Chair Yoga. She holds a Meditation Teacher Certification earned through immersive study in India and is currently completing her Kundalini Warrior Yoga certification through Yoga Farm Ithaca.
Her path has led her to become a Certified Ayurvedic Coach, Reiki Master, Essential Oil Consultant, Certified Crystal Reader, and intuitive Channeler. She also offers Oracle Card Readings as part of her multidimensional healing work—bringing through soul messages and spiritual guidance to support clients on their path.
Carrie’s offerings are deeply intuitive and uniquely alchemical, weaving together movement, energy work, spiritual mentorship, and sacred ritual to support whole-being transformation. Through her signature Radiant Soul Embodiment Journey, she helps others navigate their awakening, release old patterns, and embody the radiant truth of who they are.
She is the founder of Radiant You Wellness in Palmyra, NY—a heart-led sanctuary for spiritual seekers, soul-led healers, and conscious community.
