Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification

Reiki Level 1 is a course designed to introduce the fundamentals of Reiki, a natural healing method. This course is suitable for individuals of all experience levels, offering the opportunity to learn Reiki for personal well-being and assisting others.
Topics covered in Reiki Level 1 include:
History: Exploring the origins of ReikiEnergy: Understanding how to perceive your own energy and that of others, as well as sensing its flow through your hands.
Attunement: Receiving initiations to unlock energy pathways
Transcending the Ego:
Ethics: Guidelines for ethical Reiki practice
Support: Integrating Reiki into your daily routine
The course involves a Reiki manual, group activities, discussions, meditation and journaling.
Upon completion, you will receive your Usui Reiki Level 1 Certificate!
