Whether that begins with a nourishing meal, mindful movement, meditation, holistic wellness practices, or simply having someone walk beside you during a challenging season, my intention is to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered.
This work isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about coming home to yourself.

At Radiant You Wellness, I believe nourishment extends far beyond the food on our plates. It begins with slowing down, gathering around the table, and creating meals with intention, care, and connection.
Radiant Nourishment brings together my love of cooking, hospitality, Ayurveda, whole foods, and community to support individuals, families, retreats, and gatherings through food that nourishes both body and spirit.
Whether I'm preparing meals in your home, cooking for a retreat, or teaching practical kitchen skills, my hope is always the same:

My Journey to
Radiant Nourishment
For as long as I can remember, food has been one of the ways I express love, care, and connection.
Cooking has always been a form of meditation for me.
When I'm in the kitchen, I naturally slow down. I become present with each ingredient, each color, each aroma, and each step of the process. Preparing food is one of the ways I quiet my mind, and I believe the energy we bring into a meal becomes part of the experience of sharing it. Every meal I prepare is made with care, intention, gratitude, and yes... a little extra love.
I've always been drawn to authentic foods from around the world and the stories they tell. Whether I'm preparing Indian, Thai, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Mexican, Japanese, Italian, or other globally inspired dishes, I love learning the traditions behind them while honoring the ingredients, techniques, and cultures that make each cuisine unique.
My studies in Ayurveda have added another layer to the way I approach cooking. They have deepened my appreciation for seasonal ingredients, colorful whole foods, mindful preparation, and creating meals that feel nourishing, balanced, and supportive of overall wellbeing. Rather than following rigid rules, I enjoy blending these principles with the diverse culinary traditions that continue to inspire me, creating meals that are both comforting and vibrant.



What Nourishment Means to Me
To me, the kitchen has always been more than a place to prepare food. It's where people gather, stories are shared, traditions are passed along, and some of life's most meaningful moments unfold.
Growing up, our family naturally came together in the kitchen, and those memories continue to shape the way I cook and care for others today.
Cooking has always been a form of meditation for me. It invites me to slow down, become present with each ingredient, and prepare every meal with intention, gratitude, and love.
Through my studies in yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, I've developed an even deeper appreciation for seasonal ingredients, colorful whole foods, and the belief that nourishment extends far beyond what's on our plates. I don't believe there's one perfect way to eat. Instead, I believe food should honor the unique needs of each person while bringing joy, connection, and balance to everyday life.
Whether I'm learning traditional recipes in a home kitchen in India, preparing meals for a retreat, teaching someone to cook with confidence, or creating nourishing meals for a family, my hope is always the same:
That every meal becomes an opportunity to support the body, calm the nervous system, foster connection, and remind us that caring for ourselves and those we love is one of the most beautiful forms of healing.

Just like a nourishing meal, Radiant Nourishment is being created slowly, intentionally, and with love.
I'm thoughtfully developing cooking classes, in-home experiences, seasonal gatherings, retreat meals, and opportunities to learn, cook, and connect in community.
Every offering is being built from the same belief that has guided me for years: food has the power to nourish not only our bodies, but our hearts, our nervous systems, and our relationships with one another.
