Service Description

We will move into our physical practice by starting with a grounding meditation/pranayama, move into some Hatha beginner gentle flow poses, then into a cool down where we will hold some restorative poses for a little longer than during our flow portion and end in our final resting pose. Cost of Class is $18, if you are experiencing difficulty during this time, please contact me directly if you would like to attend this class. Once payment is received, you will receive the zoom link for class.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact Carrie directly at 585-746-5625. Any cancelation that is done prior to 24 hours will not be charged. If you are canceling within that 24 hour period, (non covid related) you will be charged the full price of your service. If you are experiencing any covid symptoms please stay home and heal, we will be happy to re-book your session when you are feeling better!
