Service Description

Perhaps you find it difficult to attend regular classes due to timing or maybe you prefer to have a more detailed class to suit your body and your needs! Whatever the reason may be, booking a private class means all the benefits and none of the hassle. We will create a class that is suited to you specifically based on what is going on within the body, mind and spirit. Feel free to bring a friend with you during the session with Carrie.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact Carrie directly at 585-746-5625. Any cancelation that is done prior to 24 hours will not be charged. If you are canceling within that 24 hour period, (non covid related) you will be charged the full price of your service. If you are experiencing any covid symptoms please stay home and heal, we will be happy to re-book your session when you are feeling better!
