Service Description

We will create a class that is suited to your body, mind and spirit. We will look at poses and breathing techniques that are suited specifically for you during our time together. Feel free to bring a friend with you as well (included in the cost of your session)

Cancellation Policy

Once you complete your booking, you will be contacted to schedule your session either by text or email with options of dates and times for your in person session. If it is your first session with me, you will be required to fill out paperwork before the session begins. This can be emailed or filled out the day of your session If you need to cancel, I require a 24 hour notice. If your session is canceled after that 24 hours, your session will be non refundable.
