Service Description

Gather your friends, family, or coworkers for a private yoga class tailored to your group’s needs. Carrie will guide you through a customized practice—drawing from Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Chair Yoga, and more—to create an experience that is accessible, supportive, and deeply nourishing. Perfect for small gatherings, celebrations, team-building, or simply sharing the gift of yoga together. Each session includes mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation designed to leave everyone feeling grounded, renewed, and connected.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact Carrie directly at 585-746-5625. Any cancelation that is done prior to 24 hours will not be charged. If you are canceling within that 24 hour period, (non covid related) you will be charged the full price of your service. If you are experiencing any covid symptoms please stay home and heal, we will be happy to re-book your session when you are feeling better!
