Healing Treatment:

In a standard treatment, Reiki energy flows from the practitioners hands into the recipient. The recipient is usually lying on a massage table but treatments can also be given while seated or even standing. The client remains fully clothed while the practitioner places hands on or near the recipients’ body in a series of hand positions. During a treatment, the practitioner’s hands will often heat up as a result of the energy flow coursing through the palms. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being. Intuitive messages may be given to the recipient during a session.

Intuitive Reading Services:

Intuitive readings are different for everyone. The focus can be on anything from releasing blocked energy, past trauma, working through a current hardship, or helping a client to activate their highest potential.

In Person/Skype/Face time Private Reading

30 Minutes: $55

60 Minutes: $100

Group Reading: 4 or more people (times vary depending on numbers, max of 3 hours for larger groups)

$35 per person - additional charges may incur depending on travel/location.

Gallery Style: All members present in a group setting to receive a reading/messages where you can openly ask questions about spiritual guidance.

Private Readings: Readings are done for each person away from guests where you can ask questions and receive guidance in a more personal setting.

Essential Oil Consultations:

30 Minutes Session: $55

1 Hour Session: $100

Essential Oils help to support your Energetic and Physical Body. They can help reduce stress/anxiety, depression, reduce physical ailments, sooth sore muscles and much more. In this Consultation we will work together to determine which oils will get your energy back into balance based on what is going on with you physically, emotionally or spiritually. I will also use my intuition to connect with my guides to see what additional messages we receive. We will work together to educate you on how to incorporate Essential Oils into your daily life. At the end of the session, based on your needs, I will provide you with some

samples that you are able to take home that day to use. If you wish, I will be make you a unique blend of oil that you can

purchase as well. I will also compose after our session your own essential oil guide based on what you liked and disliked in the session that will be emailed to you (2-3 business days after your session).

Private Restorative Yoga or Hatha Yoga Session:

1 hour Session: $100

1 1/2 hours $155

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety.

During this Session we will discuss what is going on with you physically, spiritual and mentally so that we can determine the best poses for your specific needs. While in the poses you will also receive Energy Healing which is another tool to help remove any spiritual and mental blockages that you may be holding onto as well as reduce stress and anxiety.

Private Backyard Yoga Group Class at your own home:
